1974, by WILLIAM H. CLAYPOOL and wife, PEGGY N. CLAYPOOL, hereinafter called
the Grantor, to MAXWELL A. IdATKINS and wife, JEAN M. WATKINS, whose address is
39 Oxford Place, Glen Rock, New Jersey 07452, hereinafter called Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all
the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and
assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sel.l, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situated in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
Lot No. 44-H Section 1 in that certain condominium known
as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMLRICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown
by the plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
