WHEREAS, OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a Tennessee Corpora- i
tion, hereitiafter called the Grantor, conveyed by Warranty Deed to DELBERT ~
E. BADGLEIF and wife RUTN F. BADGLEY, hereinafter called the Grantees, the
real estate described as Lot No. 1334-N of that certain condominium known
as Outdoor Resorts of America at Nettles Island, as shown by the plat re-

corded in the Office of the clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie a
County, Florida in Plat Book 16, page 1:1A through 1J, said Deed being re-
corded in OR Book 201, page 2905, Circuit Court Clerk's Office, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, there was a mistake contained in the language of said .
Deed relative to the number of the lot purchased by the Grantees and con-
veyed by the Grantors, and the parties hereto, Grantor and Grantees, desire
to correct the same,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties here- ~
to, the Grantor and Grantees, mutually agree to amend said Warranty Deed and
correct the same according to the oriqinal agreement of the parties in the ~
follaving manner: by deleting the letter and adding Section II in the de- i
scription of the property conveyed--said lot conveyed shall be Lot No. 1334, ~
Section II, rather than Lot No. 1334-N, as shown by plat recorded in the
Office of the clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida
in Plat Book 16, page 1:1A through 1J. Together with all the tenements, he-
reaitaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise app~rtatning, ;
subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in the Declaration ~
of Condominium recorded in OR Book 186, paqe 2720, Circuit Court Clerk's :
