This cause came on for trial the 21st day of June, 1974, and the
Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and

determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject mat-
;
ter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife noh• exists between ~
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MfARRIAGE. The marriage between LAWRENCE E. FRENCH,

Husband, and MARY J. FRENCH, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, '

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds ~
of matri.mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

I arisinq therefrom. ~

~ 2. CUSTODY. Cus~ody of DAVID EUGENE, age 7, and MARIA DAVENE, age ~
~ 4, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, MARY J.
~ ~
~ FRENCH, subject to reasonable visitation rights with the Husband, which
visitation rights are defined to be every other week-end commencinq at
9:00 a.m. on Saturday and ending on Sunday at 5:00 p.m., which week end !
shall cammence on Saturday, June 29, 1974, and every other week-end there-
~
after. _

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing Friday, June 28, 1974, the Husband shall pay
~ the sum of $25.Q0 each week for each child, for a total of $50.OQ, for the
~ support of said children.

~ Each pa.yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
~
~ remitted promptly to the Clerk. In addition there is hereby assessed the
~ sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the 'k
~ ,
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's ~
~ ~
~ check. Both of the parties are ordered~to keep the Clerk of this Court
~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this ,
