it is agreed that: ~ ~
1. 6ctess indemnity, in aooordance with the temns of the attached bond, is granted by this ~ider on tM
~ perfomning the duties of the foilowing positions, to the amount set opposite the names of such
positioru, respectively. The amount of such excess indemnity shall apply only to so much of any loss sustained
through acts or defaults committed after wch excess indemnity becomes effective as is i~ excess of the
xr~o~x~t recoverable or r~eco~vered on acco~u~t of wch loss unde~ the attached ba~d.

2 The liability of the Undec~t~tr~ler under this rider on account of any one Empioyee in any one or '
more of such positians (in the original or an increased or deueased amount) shall not exceed the largest
single amount of indemnity on any one position occupied by such Employee. :

3. No excess loss shall be recoverable under the attached baid as amended by this rider unless caused '
by an En,pbyee who has been identified as having caused such loss, anything to the contrary in said bond
or this rider notwiNutanding.
