anywise appertaining, and alao all buildings, structurea, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter

including passenger and other etevatora, venetian blinds, refrigeratora. ranges, ewninga and shutters, now or hereafter

premises. either in renewal or replecement of fiztures, machinery. appliances and appurtenances originally instalted on
said premises. in connection with the completion thereot or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the
ebove described land, which said fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be
