certain Claim of Lien for Unpaid Assessments filed by OUTDOOR
RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC., on June 13, 1974, and recorded
in Official Record Book 228, Page 1691, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, have been paid and the lien therefore satisfied
aqainst the following-described units, and the undersiqned consents
that the aforesaid lien for unpaid assessments be satisfied, cancelled
