FINAL JUDGNfENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
~his cause came on for trial the 17th day of June, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all_the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, ~
thereupon -

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: t

E 1. That the marriage between BILLY W. CHILDRESS and

~ PAULINE D. CHILDRES'~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
x
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofqre existing between them and from the obli- ~
gations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of BILLY WAYNE CHILDRESS, JR., DIANA LYNN
CHILDRESS and FRANCES ANN CHILDRESS, minor children of the parties,
~ is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights
~ reserved to the Husband.

~ 3. Commencing the 21st day of June, 1974, the Husband
~
~ shall pay to the Wife the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50) each and
~ `
