Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by '
him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in casli,
money order or c~shier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the clerk of this court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this°order is in effect.
4. The Wife, PAULINE D. CAILDRESS, and the minor
cllildren are hereby granted the exclusive use and possession of
the marital home located at 202 North 28th.Street in Ft. Pierce, •
Florida, so long as the said Wife remains single and until each

of the minor children above named reaches the age of majority,
becomes self-supporting, marries or dies, whichever event occurs
first; that the Husband, BILLY W. CHILDRESS, shall forthwith
remove himself and his personal effects from the said dwelling

~ 5. That the title, ownership and possession of the ,
furniture and furnishings located in the dwelling situate at 202
North 28th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida shall belong to the Wife,
except the personal effects of the Husband.
6. That the Wife, PAULINE D. CHILDRESS, shall make the
payments on the first mortgage on the dwelling located at 202
~ North 28th-Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida commencing July 1, 1974,

and all payments thereafter so long as she and the minor children
