7. The Wife shall be responsible for and pay the
bills incurred on the set of encyclopedias purchased by her
for the use and benefit of the minor children, and shall save
the Husband harmless therefrom.
' 8. That the Husband shall make the payments on the
aecond mortgage on the dwelling located at 202 Noxth 28th Street,
Ft. Pierce, Florida and furnishings therein to Beneficial Finance
Company of Fort Pierce, Florida in the approximate amount of
$2400.00 and shall save the Wife harmless therefrom. In addition,
the Husband shall pay the bills incurred by the parties with Mather
Furniture of Ft. Pierce and Dr, John Browning, and save the Wife
harmless therefrom.
9. The Wife is entitled to the ownership and possession
of the 1967 Grand Prix Pontiac automobile now in her possession.
10. The Ausband is entitled to the possession and title
~ to the 1962 Ford Thunderbird now in his possession.

; 11. The Husband shall pay to the law firm of Willes,

~ Bittan & Willes the sum of $250 to apply on their attorneys' fees

~ for their services herein on behalf of the Wife, and the further
sum of $35 costs.
12. Each of the parties hereto, BILLY W. CHILDRESS and
PAULINE D. CHILDRESS, be and they are hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, molesting, using physical violence upon,

harassing or annoying the other or the minor children above named.

~ 13. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto

~ is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
