THIS INDENTURE made this 29th d~y of April, 1974, by and
between CHRYSLER OUTBOARD CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, Grantor,
and THE HARBOR BRANCH FOUNllATION, established by Trust Agreement dated
Decewber 31, 1973, Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to
and paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged}
does grant unto the Grantee, its successors, assigns, licensees,
invitees and tenants a right-of-way and easement appurtenant to the
adjacent land of the Grantee, for the non-exclusive use of the land
hereinafter described, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
A triangular strip of land in the Northwest corner
of the property owned by Chrysler Outb~ard Corporation,
a Delaware corporation, described as Parcel 1 in that
certain Deed between Indian River Minerals, Inc., a
Florida corporation, and Chrysler Outboard Corporation,
a DelAware corporation, recorded in Official Record
Book 147, Page 551, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, said triangular strip being more particularly
described as follows:
~ Fro~ a concretP monument at the Northwest corner of said
property, same being 636.60 feet South and 1926.95 feet
~ East of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter
~ of Section 8, Township 34 South, Range 40 East; Thence
~ run South parallel to the West line of sai~ Southeast
Quarter of Section 8 a distance of 15 feet to the point
of beginning; Thence retracing last mentioned course,
run North 15 feet to aforementioned concrete monument;
~ Thence run East along the North line of said Chrysler
Outboard Corporation property, parallel~to the North
line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 8, a distance
of 250 feet; Ther.ce run Southwesterly a distance of
250.45 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning;
for the purposes of ingress and egress to and from Old Dixie Highway.
