D I S C L A I M E R
KNOW ALL MEN BY THEtiE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Peavey Ranch, Inc., as a Flerida corparation,
was Grantee under that certain Warranty Deed dated June 30, 1961,
filed July 18, 1961, and recorded in Official Records Book 14, Page
365, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
WHEREAS, said Peavey Ranch, Inc., was granted a Certificate
of Corporate Dissolution dated December 196i, and fil~d Se~~ember
7, 1963, in Official Records Book 70, Page 187, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, certifying that George Heath, Barbara
Mills, Eileen Carroll, and Carmille Alwine, did cause Peavey Ranch,
Inc. to be incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida on
July S, 1961, and that such corporation did on the 1Qth day of
December, 1962, cause to be filed in the Office of the Secretary -
of State of the St.ate of Florida, t?:e docvmentary authori ty requised -
under Section 608.27, Flo;ida Statutes, showing the dissolution of
such corporation and that the Secretary of State was satisfied that
~ the requirements had been complied with; -
~ WHEREAS, by Warranty Deed dated December 28, 1962, filed ~

~ December ~1, 1962, and recorded i'n Official Records BQOk 53, Page t
431, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, George _

Heath and Camille Alwine, as Trustees of Peavey Ranch, Inc., a dis-
~ solved Florida corporation, conveyed the following described ground
to Harold J. Peavey:

` Half Qf the Northwest Quarter, of Section 9,
' Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the question has arisen as to the effectiveness z
