This cause came on for trial the 25th day of J~ana, 19~14, I
and the Court having given full consideration to all the e~idence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hus band and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage betwee -
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
2. DISSOI~JTION OF MARRIAGF. `I`he marriage between TONX
DI6IGLI0 and VERA P. DIGIGLIO be and the same is hereby dissolved -
