TAYLOR, Defendant. ) - ORDER OF DISMISSAL On the Court's own motion, the Petition of the Plaintiff, ROBERT J. TAYLOR, and the Counterclaim of the Defendant, EULA L. TAYLOR,are dismissed without prejudice. This case was set for trial on June 26, 1974, at 1:00 P,M., by Order of the Court dated June 10, 1974. The Order specifically provides that no continuance = wi~l be grantea except uF?on written caotion showing good cause or : 3 upon the Court's Order. On June 26, 1974, at 1:00 P.M., Gerald S. James, Artorney for the Defendant, appeared and requested continuance of thi~ I trial. No appearance was made by Ralph L. Flowers, Attorney for f ~ ~ the Plaintiff. Neither counsel had previously conta~:ted the Court ~ concerning any requested continuance and the Court had reserved ~ the entire afternoan for the trial of this case. No good cause having been shown by either party and neither party being rea~y - for the trial, their respective claims are hereby dismissed without prejudice. DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this ay of June, 1974. it!
