DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause co~ng on for hearing on the 2~tli day of June, 19'74, ;

all parties being present, evidence being taken, and argument of
counsel heard, the Court finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should

be dissolved.
Z'hat based upon the evidence presented and resolution of conf licts ~
in that evidence, that as a matter of fact the~~'best interest and wel-
fare of the minor child of the parties would be bes~: served Y,y .:ustody
! of said child being awarded to the father subject to reasonable and
I' liberal visitation rights of the mother.

` Wf~REFORE, it is ordered and adjudged as follows:

l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WAYNE ROSS COMENT,
Husband, and LORI LEE COI~NT, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bon~s of matrimony heretof~re existing betweren them and from the obli-
gations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. That custody of the minor child, TRACY LEE COMENT,
is awarded to the Husband subject to the reasonable visitation rights _
of the Wife Said visitation rights shall include the Wife having

is required to attend National Guard encampment. The Wife shall
further have the child for one month during the summer months with
