YANCY, Wife. ~ ) ) FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOI,UTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 25th day of June, 1974, and the Caurt having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has iurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband :~nd wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the par.ties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupcn ORDERED P.ND ADJUDGED as follows : ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between AERBERT ~ i j E. YANCY, JR., and PENN7~ K. YANCY be and the sair~e is hereby dissolved, ~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever frEed from the ~ ~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~ obligations arisinq therefrom. - ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRION DENNIS YANCY, minor child R of the parties, is hereby awarded to PENNY R• YANCY with reasonable = visitation rights reserved to HERBERT E. YANCY, JR. 3. SUPPORT. Co~nencing the~_~day of , 1974, HERBERT E. YANCY, JR., shall pay to PENNY K. YANCY the swn of $30.00 each and every week, for the support of the child named above. ~ Each payment shali be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~ by him remitted promptly to PENNY K. YANCY.
