This cause came on this day to be heard upon the complairt
af COSTA DEV'ELOPMENT CORPOR~+TION OF FLORIDA, INC. and LUCILLE V.
COSTA, INC., styled int the above entitled Court and entitled a
above set forth, wherein it has been made to appear that the
defendant, Wiggs & Maale Construction Company, Inc., has filed
a purported claim of Iien in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on June 17, 1974, against certain real property
i owned by plaintiff, Lucille v. Costa, Inc., more ~articularly

The North 500 feet of Unit 1 of North Beach Sub-
divisioii as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
7, page 5~, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
Whereas, it appears by said petition that said defendant
is not entitl~d to a claim of lien against said property, and
~ that a rule to show cause should be issued against the said
Wiggs & Maale Constructior_ Company, Inc., pursuant to Section ~

713.21 (4) of the Florida Statutes; therefore, upon reading ~
and ~nsidering said complaint and the exhibits attached thereto,
