entitled "Motion for Final Hearing", and it being made to appear
to the Court that a Final Judgment was entered ir, this cause
for the defendant U. S. Fidelity & Guaranty Company dated
December 23, 1970, therefore, this Court lacks jurisdiction over
said Defendant. As to the defendant Howard O. Masters, said
motion having been duly considered, it is
ORDERED that said motion be and the same is hereby denied.
