~ This cause came on for trial the 21st day of June, 1974, and the
Court having given full consideration to a12 the e~ridence finds and determines:~
' This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect mstter of this suit;
; that the relation of husband and *~ife no~r exists bet~reen the parties; and that '
+ the marriage betr~een the parties is irretrievably broken and s?~ould be dissolved,
it is thereupon
ORDERF~D and AUTUD~ED AS FOLIAWS:

same is hereby diss~lved, and ~he parties and each of them are hereby forever
f'reed fram the bonds of matrimony hereiofore existing bet~reen them a.~d ~rom
the obligations arising therefron.
2. Custody of MARY FVELYN and CORBIN SAM[JEL, minor children of the
-narties, is hereby aW~rded to LYNN S. LOCI~ With reasonable visitation rights

3. Cornnencing the 21st day of J-ane, 1974, T!~IOP+IAS IACI~ shall pay -
to LYNN S. IACF~ the suza of $3d.00 per child for a total of $60.~0 each and

Each paymen~ shall be ~ade to the Clerk of this court and by him
remitted promptly to LYNh S. IACf~. In addition th~are is hereby assessed the
sum of $1.00 as stat~itory costs to be added to each paymen~ r.~ade to the Clerk. ~
