DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
~ This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, hav-
ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines:
This Caurt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
~ matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the par- 4
~ tles should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

! 1. DISSQLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARIE
SMITN, a/k/a MARIE SCOTT, and JOHN SMITH, a/k/a JOHN SCOTT, be and
~ the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ex~st-
ing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSZ'ODY. Custody of tlie minor children of the parties
FREDDIE, JOHNNIE, MELVIN, MARVIN and LINDA, is hereby awarded to
' MARIE SMITH, a/k/a MARIE SCOTT, with reasonable visitation rights
