4. ALIMONY. Coamencing the 27th day of June, 1974, JOHN .
SMITN, a/k/a JOHN SCOTT, shall pay to MARIE SMITH, a/k/a MARIE
SCOTT, the sum of ~$20.00 bi-weekly as rehabilitative alimony, but
said payments to continue only for a period of one year.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARIE S'~iITH, a/k/a MAR.IE SCOTT. I~
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each paya~ent`made to the Clerk. All payment
shall be made in cash, money order or Cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised o
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
S. PROPERTY. MARIE SMITN, a/k~a Ml1RIE SCnTT, shall have
the furniture and furnishings in the former domicile of the par-
ties hereto.
~ ~ 6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-

~ joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy-
~f
ing th~ other.
7. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
~$350.00 to be reasonable ~or the wife's Attorney for his services
herein and JOHi~ Sl?1ITH, a/k/a JOHN SCOTT, is ordered to pay said
~ Attorney said sum together with costs herein assessed at $50.5~J.
~ 8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
