In the event any amounts currently due and/or past due under the terms of this note are net-piid

Each instatlment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on thy unpaid ba1-
ance of the principal sum. !f default is made in the payment of any insfallment when due, tf~en ~at- fhe
option of ihe holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installmenis shall be due and payabfe at
once. Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this sh~ll
~ot extend the time of maiurity of any subsequent installment_ Neither forbearance, nor acceptanoe by
the holder hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, 'presentment,
~ protest and notice of protest for nonpayment, and furiher agrees io any extension cf time of payment,
either before or after marurity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all rnsts of collection, incl~dirr~ a
reasonable attorney's fee in the event of any default hereunder. .
