O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Complaint of
PHILLIP ROGER YATES to establish an ~'ilabama decree as a Florida judg-
ment,and the Court having heard testimony from both parties, as well
as arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND F,DJUDGED as fo~lows :
1. That ~he Alabama decree rendered by the Circuit Court, Eighteenth
Judicial Curcuit of 111abama dated April 11, 1972, and introduced into evid-
ence in this proceeding is recognized and entitled to full faith and
credit in the State of Florida.
~ 2. That custody of the child, TIMOTHY PHILLIP YATES, shall remain
' with his mother, Barbara Jean Lankford Yates Waitkus.

3. That the father, except as provided in paragraph 4 hereof, Phillip
~ Roger Yates, shall have the right to have said child visit with him in
i Alabama for a period of three (3) months during the svmmer, such period to
~ coincide with the usual summer school vacation or recess, and it shall be
~ the responsibility of the father to pick up said child, at the father's
own expense, at the home of the mother at the beginning of such visitation
~ - period and return the child, at the father's own expense, to the home of
the mother at the end of said visitation period.
4. That as regards visitation riqhts for 3974, the father at his
own expense, shall be entitied to have the child visit with~him in Alabama
beginning no later than June 28, I974, at 10:00 A. M., and continuing unti~
September 28, 1974, at which time the child must Ue returned to the
mother's residence at the father's expense.
5. That the father is indebted to the mother for delinquent child
support in the amount of $350.00 which must be paid prior to the child
~ leaving with the father for Alabama on June 28, 1974. This payment shall
~ be made to the Clerk of this Court as provided in paragraph ~ of this Ord~.
