tenance of said child, tbe sum of $50.00 per month such paym~nt ~o be
made on or befere the lOth day of Each month, beginning on Octvber 10,
1974, said initial payment being applicabie to the manth of Octaber.
Chxld support payments are to be made by the father only during the
nine (9) months of each year when such child i~ physically resi~ing
with the mother. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Caurt ai~d
by him remitted promptlv to BARBARA JEAN LANKFORD YATES WAITRU~. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall he ~ade
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties ~re nrdered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and reai~ianae
addresses at all tiraes while this order is in effect.
7. That the mother be required to keep the father informed of
her residence address for purposes of allowing the father to get the child
durinq the visitation period.
8. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the pariies heretv is retained for
the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
