(e) "Dwellin~ Unifi" sl~all mean and refcr to any portiot~ of a building situated upon The Prooerties designed and intended for use and occupancy as a residence by a single family, whetlier that portion shall constitute an apartment, a condominium unit, a cooperative apartment or unit, an apartment in a duplex, a to.vnhouse shariny a porty-v.a11 H~ith other improve- ments, an unafitached single family home, or otherwise constitute a residence whose cusYomary use and occupancy shall be by a singie family.
