Section 1. Existing Property, The real property which is, and shall be,
held, t~ansfered, sold, conveyed, and occupied subject to this Declaration is located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, or counties immediately abutting St, Lucie County, Fla'ida, and is mose partic:~-
(arly described on Schedule B attached hereto and by this ~eference macie a.part nere~t, aii of
which real property shall hereinafter be refe~red to as "ExisFing Property".
Section 2. Additions to Existing Property. Lands additional to the Existing.
Property may become subject to this Declaration in the following manner:
(a) Additions. At any time, upon approva) in writing oi ine
Association pursuant ta a vote of its m~m5ers as provided in its Articles of incorporation, or upon
written conserit of the De~~eloper given ~vithin five (5) years of the recording of this Declaration
'oFCovenants and Restrictions, the owner of any property who desires to add it to the operation of this
Declarafiion and the regime established herein ancl to subject it to th? jurisdiction of the Association
may file of record a Supplementary Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
' (b) Mergers. Upon a merger or consotidation of the Association with
~ another association as provided in its Articles of tncarporation, its properties, rights, and obligations

~ may, by operation of law, be transfered to another, surviving or consolidated association or,
a{ternatively, the properties, rights and o5ligations of another association may, by operation of
(aw, be added to the properties; rights and o'al igations of the Association as a successer corporation
or as a consolidated or surviving corporation pursuont to a merc~~r. The successcr, surviving ar
consolidated association may adminis~er t{~e cov~nants and restrictions established by this
Declaration ~vithin the Existing Property except as h~reinafter provided.
