HomeMy WebLinkAbout0369 thirds (2/3) of the whole number of votes of each class of mcmbership entitled to vote s{~all a~prove sucli dedication or transfer and the conditions th~reof, at the meeting or by instruments in writing executed before, during, or withiit 60 days subsequent to the meeting, If the proposed dedication or transfer and the conditions thereof shall have been appruved ut a meeFing ns aforesaid or by the circularization of the Membership for opproval,not less than tvr~ officers of the Association shall execute an instrument in recordable form and couse the same to be recorded among the Pubiic Records or delivered to the public agency~ outhority, or utility, which inst~ument shall set forth with particularity the dedication or transfer and the conditions thereof, and which instrument shc~ll~ have in its text or attached thereto the Affidavit of such officers setting forth the fact that the Memb~rship was given the required viritten notice, the mnnner in which cspproval wos obtained, to wit: Y~hether by the necessory vote at the meeting, or by the receipt of ~vritten opproval from the required number of Membzrs, to wit: Membzrs entitled to cast two-thirds (2/3) of ihe votes of each class of inembership. Parking P.ights. The Associotion may designate ond maintain upon the Common Prope~ ties certain par~cing spaces for the exclUSive use of the N+embers, their tamilies and gu~sts.
