the Association, or a~esign and environmental control committee composed of three or more

in Section 1 hereof instead of the Developer, an~ subsequent to sa~ci date, t~e Developer shal) no

~ longer exercise the rights, powers, and authorities of the design and environmental co trol
committee. The Developer may, by an instrument in writing delivered to the Association, sooner
relinquish its rights to act as an~~r appoint the design and environmentnl contro) comm+ttee.
The Developer shall have no o5ligation or liability to ony person whatsoever for the octs, omissions,
or for any action or any act whatsoever or for any failure to take action,of the design and environ-

mental control committee or the Developer acting as t{~e same,o~ for the acts oromissions of any
~ person or persons in er.ercising or foiling to ~xercise tF~e rights, duties, authorities or poivers set
