Section 3. Access at Reasonable Hours. For the purpose solely of perForming the
exterior maintenance aufhorized by this ~irticie, the As~ociation, tfirough its duly authorized
aaents or emptoyees shall have the right, after ~easonable notice to the ~ner, to enter upon
any lot or exterior of any Dwelling Unit at reasonable hours on any day except Sunday.
