to remain on any corner lot within the triongular a~eu formed by the street propcr!y lines ond a
line cennecting them at points twenty-five (25) feet f~om the in!ersection of the st~•eet lines, or,
in the case of a ~ounded property corne~, from the int~rsection of the street property lines extended.
The same sigi~t line limit4tions siwll apply on any lot within ten (10) feet from the intersection oF a
street property line with the edge of a driveway or alley pavement. No t~ee shal) be permitted to
reniain within the above described limits of intersections unless the foliage line is maintained at or _
above six (6) feet above roadway intersection~ elevation to prevent obstruction of sight lines. The
Developer when acting os the Design and Environmentol Control Committee and/or the Design and
Environmental Confrol Committee may vary the requirements of this Section 7 in general or in
spc~cifi;, instances in thc ex::rcise of its discr~tion.
Section 8. Tree Preservation. No large trees measuring twelve (12) inches cr
mor~ in diameter at breast height may be removed without the written approval of the Developer
or the Design and Environmenta) Controf Committee, unless located within ten (10) feet of the main
d~velling or accessory building or v~ithin ten (10) fe~t of t~e approved site for such building,
Section 9, Oil, Gas and Mineral Operations, No operations with respect

to oil, gas Qnd minerals, including, witi~out limitation, drifling, developmen~, refining, explora-
tion, quarrying, mining or extractions of any kind shall be permitted upon any Lot, nor shall oil or
~ gas wells, tan!cs, tunnels, mineral excavations a- shafts be permitted upon any Lot. No derrick,
drillin~ rig or other structure dssigned for use in drilling ~or oit or gas shall be erected, maintained
or permitted on any Lot,
Section 10. Easements. Easements for the installation and maintenance of
public utiliti2s and drainage facilities are reserved as noted on the recorded plat. The sasement
area of each lot, tract, or parcel and all permitted improvements within said easement area shall
be maintained continuausly by the owner of the lot, tract, or parcel, except for tS~ose improvements
~ for whicl~ t~?e Association, o puolic authority or a utilisy comr>any is responsible.
