for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, pales, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from tine to time; with the ri~t to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of coc~duits, wires or
ca~,les of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush ar~ u~xlergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfe~e with said facilities, on, aver, upon, urxfer, and across my/our pro-
