FINAL JUDGMENT
D'SSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the lst day of July, 19?4, and the _
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,. finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject-matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists b~tween the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. it is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED as follows: .
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JERRY DALE
FRANCIS, SR., Husband, and JULIA ANN FRANCIS, Wife, be and the same is
i hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever _
treed from the bands of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

F 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JERRY DALE FRANCZS, JR., minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, JULIA ANN FRANCIS, with reasonable

visitation rights reserved to JERRY DALE FRANCIS, SR , Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of , 19~4,
the Husband, JERRY DALE FRANCIS~ SR., shall pay to the Wife, JULIA ANN
FRANCIS, the sum of Eighty Dollars ($80.00) each and every month for-the
~ support of the child named above. .
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to JULIA ANN FRANCIS, Wife. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) as statutory costs to be addPd to
