DTSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the~~
day of July, 1974, ;

and the Court having.given full consideration to all the evidence,

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband 4
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaye
between the parties is irretrievablg broken and should be dissolved.
1't is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FLOYD
MORRIS RAINE$ and SUE ANN RAINES be and the same is herek~y dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ _
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~ obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custady of JANA RAINES, minor child of the
partias, is hereby awarded to SUE ANN RAINES, with reasonable visita-
tion rights reserved to FLOYD MORRIS RAINES.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in St. Lucie CouRty, Fort
Pierce, Florida, this ~day of July, 1974.
