DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the . day of ~ A. D.,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to alI the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husbar.~ and wife now• exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrie-
vably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between THEODORE WAYNE
HENRY and MELODY HORTMAN HENRY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are h~reby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ANGELA MICHELLE HENRY and MICHAEL WAYNE HENRY,
minor children of tY?e parties, is hereby awarded to MELODY HORTMAN HENRY
~ w•ith visitation rights as set out in the Property Settlement Agreement
dated May 13, I974, and incorporated herein.
3. PROPERTYs The progerty settlement agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordere3 to
comply with the provisions thereof.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing ar annoying, the other.

5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties here
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
