From the intersection of the West right of way line of Ridgehaven Foad and

ti'est - right of way a distance of 223 . 25 feet to a C.N!. ; thence on an angle of ~
79°11' turnedi~om North to 1~:est.run 134 Peet to a point; thence on an angle
of 91~05' turned from East to South run 10 feet to a C.I?'.. for point of
beginnin~; from said point of be~inning continue Southerly 89•2 feet to a
C.M.; thence run Easterly 164.35 feet to a point shwon by a C.M.; thence run
Northwesterly along the West ri~ht of way line of Ridgehaven Road 124 feet to
a C.N..; thence run in a SouthKesterly direction 134 feet to a point of
beginning.
The purpose of this deed is to correct the description in the deed between
the parties hereto dated February 19, 1971 and recorded in O.R. P,ook 190 at
paee 1461 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
