It is the intention of Grantor to convey to Grantee, in addi- tion to the conveyance reflected above, all right, title and _ interest of Grantor in the entire condominium regime and in all condominium doci~ments, so that Grantee shall assume the same position as Grantor as of this date with regard to same.
