SANDRA PERRI. Wife,
ORDER
This cause came on for hearing on the Wife's Petition to.
Modify th~ Final Judgment as to child support, and the Court hav-
ing heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of
counsel, and being fully ad~~ised in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Commencing the lst day of July, 1974, MICHAEL A. PERRI,
JR., shall pay to SANDRA PERRI the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars each month for the support of the minor children, NICOLE
LIN PERRI and DINA MARIE PERRI. Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to SANDRA PERRI.

~ In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory -
~ costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments
~
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to the of this Court ~dvised of their
~ mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
~
,
effect.
2. That the request of the Wife for attorneys' fees to be
- paid to her counsel of record be, and the same is hereby, denied.

Y 3. That eac:h of the parties hereto shall pay their own
~
attorneys' fees and costs, except the cost of the !'ourt Rep~rter ~
~
shall be divided equally between the parties hereto. ~
