The perpetual right of use of an existing canal over and across ~

purposes, to the Turnpike Canal, and the right of reasonable ingress
and egress for the purpose of inspecting and maintaining said canal, ;
as shown by that certain Grant of Easement, dated Decem~er 18, 1973, -
executed by PELAEZ & SONS, INC., A Florida Corporation, and PEDRO
RESTREPO and DARIO RLSTREPO, individually and as trustees, herein- ;
after called the Grantors, to ADAMS RANCH, INC., A Florida Corporation,
whose post office address is Post Of £ice Box 1030, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee, as said being r~corded
