William G. Tye, County Judge, and recorded in Official Record
Book 227 page 1725.
Paragraph two (2) of said Order states as follows:
In other cases wherein there is no
service, the Clerk of this Court is
instructed to advise th~e plaintiff, -
where the claim was processed by
mail, that he shall have ten (10) -
~ days in which to pay for personal
; service of process by sheriff service
or furnish the Clerk a new address.
~ When the c2aim was processed binstructed
sheriff servic~, ~he Clerk is
to advise the plaintiff that he shall
have thirty (30) days from the date of
notification of no service to furnish

claim shall be dismissed. _
