Paragraph twb (2) of said Order states as follows:

instrt.cted to advise the plaintiff,
where the claim was processed by
mail, that he shall have ten (10)
i days in which to pay for personal

~ or furnish the Clerk a new address.
~ When the claim was processed by

have thirty (30) days from the date of
