PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL M~N BY THESE PRESENTS: .
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CItY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a uassachusetts Business Trust, securing
$5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
. 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein -
more-particularly descr•ibed; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional princioal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Officiai Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ~
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and r~corded {
in Official-Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and ~ j

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~ ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ;
mortgage; ~
NOW, TNEREF4RE, First National City Bank, in consideration of ~
the premises and the sum of Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Thirty- _

14 37.50 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the i=
lien and operation of said mort~age, unto the said r~ortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follars:
