WH~:REAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a certain mort- gac~e executed by Mortgagor on October 22, 1963, recorded in OR Book 73, page 573, public records of St. Lucie County. Florida, encumbering ~ ~ certain property described therein; and WHEREAS, there has been a Modification of the legal description ~ 4 of the property owned hy Mort;?;~r and secured by the above described ; t Mortgage; and . WHEREAS, it is the intention of the parties hereto to modify the Mortgage hereinabove described to reflect the proper description : ~ T cf the real property encumk~ered by the above described mortgage. That the above described mortgage shall constitute a lien ti~ upon the real property described in Schedule "A" in all respects as if said legal description were contained in the mortgage dated October 22, 1963, and as recorded in 4R Book 73, page 573, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
