MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between SHIRLEY
MANIES, a single adult, hereinafter called "MORTGAGOR", and JAMES W. ~
PIOWATY and SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, formerly St. Lucie County t
Florida as TRUSTEES OF THE WILLIAM J. ?IOWATY ~
Bank, Fort Pierce, , ~
REVOCABLE TRUST dated January 20, 1967, as "MORTGAGEES".
WHgREAS, Mortgagees are the owner and holder of a certain mort- _
gage executed by Mortgagor on October 26, 1963, recorded in OR Book
98, page 280, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encum-
bering certain property described therein; and
WHEREAS, there has been a Modification of the legal description
of the property owned by Mortgagor and secured by the above descra.bed
Mortgage: and
WyEREAS, it is the intention of the parties hereto to modify
the Mortgage hereinabove described to reflect the property description
c~f the real property encumbered by the above described mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDr.NTURE WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration and for the purpose of carrying out

~ 1. That the mortgage dated October 26, 1963, recorded in OR
' Book 98, page 2g0, public records of St. Lucie Ccunty, Florida, herein-
above referreu to, be and the same is hereby modified by substituting the
following described lega~ description in lieu of the legal 3escription
described in the above described mortgage, to-wit:
As more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
2. That the above described mortgage shall constitute a lien
upon the real property described in Schedule "A" in all respects as if
~ said legal description were contained in the mortgage dated October 26,
1953, and as record~d in OR Book 98, page 280, public records of St.

~ Lucie County, Florida.
