FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the lst day of July, 1974, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the p~rties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
I~ is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOl.UTIQN OF MARRIAGE. The marr?age between ELWOOD N. KRESAL and
HELENE F, KRESAL, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matr?mony heretofore existing

k between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. SUPPORT. The husband is ordered ~o pay to the wife the sum of $1,200
~ ' as rehabilitative alimony. jhis amau~t shall be paid in installm~nts of ~~~Q
each comr~encing on the 5th day of July, 1974, and a like amount on each succeeding
month, until said sum is fully paid._
~ Each payment shajl be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to HELENE F. KRESAL. In addition ther~ is hereby assessed the sum of
~1.00 as statutory costs ~o be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money ~+rder or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this court advised of their mailing and residence
~ addresses at all times while this order is in effect.

3. PROPERTY. The parties own as tenar±s by the entirety the following

described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
