The wife shall have the right to rxclusiv~ possession of said property until she
remarries or voluntarily vacates the premises. The husband shall continue to ~

the annual premium on the existing insurance policy comprehending same. In the ~
event the wife either remarries or vacates the premises, the property shall be
sold and the proceeds of the sale divided equally between the parties after first
allowing the husband $1,200 from the proceeds for pa~yments made to Household
Finance Corporation as hereinafter referred to. Said 51,200 shall constitute
a lien against the wife's interest in said property.
All furnishings and improvements on and in said property shall be owned
by the wife. The husband shall pa~y tha* certain ~1,200 indebtedness due Household
Finance Corporation with the husband to be reimbursed from the proceeds Qf the
sale in the event said proerty ;s later disposed of.
The parties joint'!y Qwn a certain 1968 Plymouth automobile and the Court
directs said automobile shall be sold forthwith and the proceeds of said sale
divided equally 5etween the parties.
~ 4. RESTORATION OF N11ME. HELENE F. KRESAL be and she is hereby author-
~ ized to assume her forn~er name of HELENE FRANCES RT!.EY and to use the same in all

resp2cts as if said marriage had not intervened.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the part~es is hereby enjoined and re-
strained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determin~s the sum of $400 to be reasonable
~ for the wife's attorney for his services herQir. and ELWOOD W. KRESAL is ordered to
pay said attorney said sum in installments of ~25 per month commencing on July 5,
1Q74. -
