of principal on account oi releases made by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee shall
be accompanied by the payment of accrued interest on the pi•incipal sum paid.
The Mortgagor may exercise their right t~ obtain partial releases from the lien
of this Mortgage in parcels of not less t~~an one (1) lot, as oiten as they may
desire, and with such frequency as they may desire, until the not~ secured by
this Mortgage shall have been paid in full. All such payments of principal and
interest on account of partial releases shall be credited to the next ensuing ;
annual installment payment of principal and interest coming due under the note ;
secured by this mortgage and all payments of principal made to tlie holder of ~ ~
this mortgage, without a request fur release, shall be creciited by the holder
hereof to fuh?re releases requested by the Mortgagor. St~ch partial releases as
to which the Mortgagor may be entitled in accordance with the provisions hereof,
shall be executed by the Mortga~ee and delivered to the Mortgagor promptly
upon the request by the Mortgagor .
