LUCIE, UNIT 10, as recorded in Plat Book 15 at page 2-A of the Public Records of St. Lucie County that was replatted in the FIRST REPLAT in SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, :.'NIT 10 recorded in Plat Book 16 at page 38 and more particularly described _ , as Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5 through 12, Block 167, Lots 1 through 13, Block 168, and the drainage right of way, 25 feet in width lying along the southerly boundary of said Blocks 167 and 168 of said SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT 10, and WHEREAS, notice of intention to apply to said Board of County Commissioners to vacate said part of said plat was given by legal notice published on June ? and 14, 1974 in the News Tribune, a daily newspaper published in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and WHEREAS, said petitioner has shown that it is the owner fee simple of ail the lots and blocks in that portion of said subdivision sought to be vacated; that the vacation by the Board of the portion sought to be vacated will not affect the ownership of persons owning ~ other parts of said subdivision and that all taxes on said 13nds ~ 'd- ~ nave been pai , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 25th day of June, 1974 as follows: ~ 1.
