1974, between DEVITT J. ADAMS of Saint Lucie County, Florida, the
duly constituted and appointed administrator of the estate of
JOHN L. LAWSON a/k/a JOHN LELAND LAWSON, deceased, late of said
county, as party of the first part, and RICHARD P. KRAUSE, JR.
and SUE G. KRAUSE, his wife, of said county, as parties of the

with that part of right of way abandoned by resolution of the
Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, re-
corded in deed book 249, page 29, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, which said portion of abandoned right of way is ad-
jacent to and contiguous with the East line of said Lat 4, of said

5, page 42.
