proceeding within ten days from the filing of the certificate
of sale, the Clerk shall thereupon comFlete and file in this
praceeding a certificate of title as prescribed by law, after
Nhich the sale shall stand confirmed as certified by the Clerk,
and the title to the encumbered property shall pass fully and
s
completely to the purchaser named in the certificate of title.
9. That upon the filing of the certificate of title by ~
the ~lerk, he shall disburse the proceeds of the sale in the ?
following manner; he shahl retain his fee snd shall satisfy
any unpaid Court costs, plus the cost of advertising the sale;
he shall~sy to the Plaintiff the amaunts enumerated in paragraph
four herein above, plus interest thereon from the date of this
decree to the date of payment; any remaining sum he shall deposi
in the Registry of this Court to remain pending the further
orders of the Court.
10. That the Court reta~ns ~ursidction of this cause for
the purpose of making any and all further orders necessary and
appropriate.
