a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominiwn thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 201 at page 1402 et. seq. of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by
the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Flarida (Chapter
711, Section 711.01, et seq. 1965, as amended) said descriition in
this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances
to the condominium parcel above described, and including the un-
divided interest in the common elements of said Condominium:

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
