D. 1974, and the Court having give;i full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~ the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ~s thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: j 1. DISSOLUTTON OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL ~ JEROME ANDERSON and ALISON ADAMS ANDERSON be and the same is hereby ~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby fdrever ~ ~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. ~ 3. ALIMONY. That the Wife is not entitled to any alimony, either pres~nt or future. _ 4. PROPERTY.
